Club Membership is $50 annual for a base fee, which includes 10 players as MCA members. Additional members above 10, incur an additional $2 charge per player (Example: A 15-member club would have a total charge of $60 to include all of the club members as MCA members). Once the form below is submitted, the MCA will send an invoice and request a full member list to ensure your club’s members receive their MCA membership benefits.
